Previously this was possible only by implementing a complex ERP package, costing millions and taking years to implement. But now more and more companies throughout the world are achieving world class supply chain management by building their own systems in Excel. This workshop is very focused and skills based. It is aimed at people who already understand planning and scheduling and who already have some Excel skills and the workshop helps them put the two together. It does not teach planning and scheduling and it is NOT A BEGINNERS COURSE IN EXCEL.

Outcome
At the conclusion of the workshop each delegate will have the opportunity to reinforce what they have learned in the workshop with the e-learning modules and then adapt the model system for their own manufacturing company. By selecting only the functionality required, and by integrating Excel with an existing external data source, implementation and training times can be dramatically less than with an ERP package.
